Your main challenges 

• Exploring and serving as an expert on large volumes of (technical) IT data and testing different modelling approaches to build models 
• Identifying, developing and documenting relevant variables based on business needs 
• Applying rigorous analysis methods in order to understand, interpret and correlate trends in operational data and detect potential anomalies
• Designing, documenting and deploying models 
• Using effective visualizations (dashboard) to present results, performance and trends 
• Providing asset managers and product owners with an overview of the datasets of the systems/environments/products in the My Digital Environment value chain
• Providing management with key performance indicators in accordance with best practices 
• Recommending approaches
• Ensuring the quality and integrity of data used for modelling and visualization 
• Carrying out specific analyses and presenting the results clearly and concisely 
• Making concepts easy to understand and communicating complex information
• Playing a key role in our vision of moving from reactive to proactive mode and being “data-centric” in order to: 
• Prevent outages
• Have an overview of the health of our environments/ecosystems
• Have an overview of the health of our systems/assets
• Have an overview of the health of our IT inventory and peripherals

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR completed master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience 
• Excellent knowledge of modelling techniques, such as decision trees, neural networks and regression 
• Excellent knowledge of Python, R, SQL, KQL, M and DAX
• Expertise in data visualization techniques
• Good knowledge of the Datasets Vs Reports Vs Artefacts structure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph
• Knowledge of PowerBI
• Proactivity and attention to detail 
• Good communication skills and ability to influence 
• Bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)
