Your main challenges
- Exploring and serving as an expert on large volumes of (technical) IT data and testing different modelling approaches to build models
- Identifying, developing and documenting relevant variables based on business needs
- Applying rigorous analysis methods in order to understand, interpret and correlate trends in operational data and detect potential anomalies
- Designing, documenting and deploying models
- Using effective visualizations (dashboard) to present results, performance and trends
- Providing asset managers and product owners with an overview of the datasets of the systems/environments/products in the My Digital Environment value chain
- Providing management with key performance indicators in accordance with best practices
- Recommending approaches
- Ensuring the quality and integrity of data used for modelling and visualization
- Carrying out specific analyses and presenting the results clearly and concisely
- Making concepts easy to understand and communicating complex information
- Playing a key role in our vision of moving from reactive to proactive mode and being “data-centric†in order to:
- Prevent outages
- Have an overview of the health of our environments/ecosystems
- Have an overview of the health of our systems/assets
- Have an overview of the health of our IT inventory and peripherals
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR completed master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of modelling techniques, such as decision trees, neural networks and regression
- Excellent knowledge of Python, R, SQL, KQL, M and DAX
- Expertise in data visualization techniques
- Good knowledge of the Datasets Vs Reports Vs Artefacts structure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Proactivity and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to influence
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)
