Responsibilities:

Analyze process and ticket information and data

Visualization of key correlation and findings

Develop improvement proposals based on the related data and predefined categories (process, automation)

Simulate improvements in the data

Document and standardize the analysis approach

Prepare a summary presentation with recommendations

Requirements:

Knowledge of Data / Process analytics

Statistic / Mathematics background

Reporting Tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Programming language- Python

Working with Agile Methods and Tools
