As Order Taker, you will join a committed IRD team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ F&B experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works in close cooperation with key service departments such as Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office Housekeeping, Engineering, Laundry, etc.
•  Attends training sessions as per instructions of the immediate Supervisor on various processes and standards i.e. guest care, telephone manners, up-selling, entering guestrooms, etc.
• Works as per Room Service duty schedule
• Ensures that under no circumstances are the telephones unattended and practices impeccable telephone manners at all times

Job Requirements:

• Positive outlook and outgoing personality with a welcoming and enthusiastic energy
• A hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude
• Ability to focus attention on guests’ needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Previous experience in the hospitality Industry is preferable
