This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Data Entry Administrator to join our busy team in East Tamaki. Our department works alongside our salesforce to assist in the development and growth of both current and future business with our customers.

About the company:

Akarana Timbers is an independent Building supplies merchant and Pre nail manufacturer with multiple locations nationwide. As a member of the United Industries Group, with Akarana Timbers, you will be joining one of the largest group of companies supplying, manufacturing and installing products for the New Zealand Residential and Commercial building and construction markets.  This position would be based in Auckland at our East Tamaki location.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with key stakeholders to collect accurate data and information
• Ensure data is accurately maintained in databases
• Running reports when necessary
• Updating spreadsheets with correct pricing
• Maintain an internal database

You will need to have:

• A fast learner
• Data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excel skills 
• Ability to self-manage
• A desire to contribute as part of a team
• Computer literate, and the ability to work with multiple systems
