A new opportunity reporting into the Invoice Operations Manager has become available on a full time, permanent basis. Based in our Melbourne CBD office you will be responsible for the day to day operations of all administration and processing tasks for the ADF Health Services Invoice Operations Team. All invoices must be processed in accordance with provider contracts, industry body rules, and as such this role involves adherence to the quality framework.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

• Invoicing assessment and processing for payment
• Inbound and outbound calls with providers
• Enquiry Support
• Management of queue work
• Manage and respond to emails
• Actively participate as a team player to strive towards the overall performance of the Invoicing team
• Accountable for your scorecard and its deliverables
• Attending and participating in team meetings, coaching sessions, training and one on ones

What do I need?

• Previous experience in processing and administration, data entry or contact centre roles
• Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills as well as business acumen
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA's/ KPI's)
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
• You must be an Australian citizen and be able to attain and maintain a baseline security clearance from the Defence security and vetting service.
