We are on the lookout for our next Inventory & Coolstore Administrator! 

If you are a logistics and admin guru we have an awesome fixed-term opportunity for you.

This role is based at our Marshall Road site in Katikati, and is responsible for making sure our orders are imported and loaded accurately and on time to help keep us running smoothly.

You'll also be providing administration support to our Inventory and Coolstore Team to ensure our logistics and shipping information is tidy and current – from clearing our email inboxes, checking system notifications and just generally making sure everything is ready to go for the team. 

Whilst experience in the Kiwifruit industry would be advantageous (particularly with FreshCool) this role can be suited to anyone with a keen eye for detail, administrative experience and a willingness to learn!

You’ll also need:

• A good level of computer literacy – especially with Microsoft Excel.
• Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate with a wide range of people.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

This role will operate 5 days a week however flexibility is required to be able to work variable hours and potential weekends to meet the operational needs of the site.
