As the Internal Sales Supervisor your role is to promote product sales and services, maximise sales opportunities, and deliver service excellence to your customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall coordination of branch activities to assist the smooth and efficient operation of the branch
• Act as the overall supervisor of the branch and represent the branch manager in their absence
• Support and mentor your staff to deliver high standards of service and quality
• Be a positive and contributing member of your branch
• Oversee, supervise and support the delivery of service excellence in the customer service team

What you'll need to succeed

• A winning attitude and drive to achieve
• Leadership experience or be ready to step into a leadership role
• Background in a similar industry desired but not necessary
• Excellent customer service skills are a must
