The Organisation:
Clever Care Now (CCN) is a leading provider of in-home care for people with a disability and older people needing support to live comfortably at home.
We provide services to the St George and Sutherland Shire areas and our head office is based in Caringbah.
The Role:
CCN has an opportunity for an experienced Call Center Operator to stream incoming enquiries and provide intake services.
You:
You are strong with detail, skilled at using IT, particular with getting it right for our clients. You will have significant contact center experience.
You will be a stickler for getting things right and making sure processes work to support people to do their best.
