Waitemata DHB serves the fastest growing DHB population in NZ, providing Best Care to the patient and their family, the community & iwi, and our healthcare workforce in the North Shore, Rodney and West Auckland Districts.
The core purpose of this exciting role will be to provide high quality design and development of best practice online learning content and learning principles to the business. We are searching for someone who has a ‘can-do’ attitude, a collaborative working style when dealing with subject matter experts, along with exceptional communication and relationship building capabilities.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be a highly motivated self-starter, have proven extensive instructional design experience especially for e-learning materials and have experience of Moodle or Totara based LMS, using products such as Articulate 360, H5P, and native Moodle/Totara activities to create interactive engaging quality e-Learning courses.
Key skills and responsibilities will include:
To truly add value, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Instructional Design/Adult Education, and have a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role. A background in the production of interactive educational multimedia materials and SCORM would be highly regarded.
