Your role:

• Manage sector initiatives/projects
• Mobilize and coach a team of Product Owners (PO)/Subject Matter Experts (SME)
• Align the project execution portfolio with the industry's business strategy and team delivery capability.
• Establish the business case for the next deliverables
• Demonstrate leadership by aligning multiple stakeholders around project delivery vision and strategy
• Get involved with technical teams for all stages of delivery of an initiative
• Promoting good change management

The team's mission is to provide exceptional services in risk modeling and credit strategies, collection, recovery and collection in order to meet the expectations of our Individual and Corporate clients.

Required skills:

• Completed bachelor's degree in a related field and seven to ten years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management
•  Knowledge of financing/life cycle processes
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management and coaching
• Ability to communicate effectively in French and English

Preferred skills:

• Demonstrate experience in stakeholder management
• Communicate with impact and share the vision
• Excellent team mobilization capabilities
