What do you need to succeed?
Job Description:
- 6+ years of minimum experience.
- Experience with Endpoint Management platforms - Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM)
- Create and maintain automated application deployment packages
- Develop software installation scripts and provide code review for complex software installations
- Develop/implement firm-wide downloads for firm supported workstations
- Create and deploy application software packages, using System Centre to all workstations
- Troubleshooting experience with desktop, laptop, printer, software issues
- Microsoft Azure – Work on M365 suite with applications such as Intune to manage endpoint devices
- Active Directory – Work on AD to manage Organizational Units, Group Policy Object expertise (GPO), and DNS

- Developing an appropriate understanding of our business goals to ensure that end user technologies are supporting those goals.
- Management of our fleet of endpoint technologies, planning upgrades over the product lifecycle.
- Managing the planning and implementation of the endpoint technology projects.
- Ensuring that technology solutions are designed, built, and maintained using industry best practices.
- Effectively managing vendor relationships.
- Able to stay current on emerging and mainstream technologies and industry trends.
- Should be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative with the ability to effectively build inter-team relationships.
- Resilient in the face of obstacles or setbacks.
- An individual that possesses strong business acumen in the Life sciences industry.
- A leader with the ability to set direction, align, motivate and inspire others.
- 6+ years of IT infrastructure/software development/support roles with a broad range of exposure to all aspects of planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of managing a large fleet of desktop Windows operating systems & Microsoft products
