Your role

  • Facilitate training and coaching activities for users by leveraging your knowledge and technical expertise as an IT expert
  • Develop learning strategies, in the classroom, in branch and remote learning
  • Design, develop and update various training materials: training plans, training manuals, video clips, PowerPoint presentation, PodCast, etc.
  • Keep up to date on new developments in their industry and review our current systems and processes.
  • Act as a technical expert and offer expertise in committees and special or large projects
  • Identify user needs, understand business issues, and offer tailored coaching to support the teams/NBF business plans and performance.
  • Ensure and increase the level of mastery and integration of all the technological tools of the sector.

Required competencies

  • College or bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in giving and facilitating group or individual presentations.
  • Experience in the brokerage environment (wealth management) or in the investment sector, desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce, Croesus, Thomson, GDO, GDI, Iris applications
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools on the HUB (ex: SharePoint, Yammer, Teams)
  • English version: English written and spoken, French is an asset

Preferred skills

  • Ability to communicate the learning of business sector applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of business development and advice to wealth management clients
