Description
A note on Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid", however, the consultant will be remote due to COVID-19 related Work From Home (WFH) direction. Once the IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well.
Data Capture and Evaluation
This individual would provide supporting information that ensures quality services are developed and delivered. These measuring and analyzing disciplines will create actionable data to make ongoing adjustments to features and service level targets.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Level of Business Knowledge - 30%
Expertise with Business Modelling - 20%
Extensive experience preparing and analyzing complex service data and costing models including activity-based costing models. Knowledge of modern telecommunications service models. Knowledge of contemporary networking approaches.
Expertise with Soft Skills - 20%
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
