An American Company is seeking a Informatica Integrations Services Lead in Doral, FL. or Teaneck, NJ.

Role Description

• Liaise with software engineers to manage interoperability of new applications with existing information systems.

• Ensure data and integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and manage resolution of systems and data issues.

• Plan and lead Integration requirements and projects E2E.

• Manage resource planning and project scheduling using software development methodologies.

• Develop standards, best practices, patterns and processes to support and facilitate integration project initiatives.

• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers and system owners in the implementation of software programs and applications.

• Implement and improve integration governance, policies and procedures in alignment with enterprise information management policies to focus on operational efficiencies through quality and standardization.

• Build relationships with vendors of application software deployed in the organization’s IT environment.

• Manage demand with all stakeholders obtaining integration shared services.

• Coordinate Informatica platform releases, upgrades, patches and outages with internal and external stakeholders.

• Enrich enterprise integration platform and services by identifying new opportunities to improve, stabilize and enhance using Informatica new features.

• Manage direct reports including onshore, offshore, contract, and partner personnel.

• Engage with product teams by collaborating, negotiating, managing tradeoffs, and evaluating opportunistic new ideas with solution partners.

• Work with Architecture Review Board and Change Approval Board for technical reviews and approvals through the system development life-cycle.

• Deliver services that meet internal KPIs & customer SLAs

Skills & Requirements

Top Skills / Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Integration design, development, support, and operations in complex, enterprise environments

• Must possess experience w/ Informatica Cloud data integration

• Must possess experience writing SQL queries

• Must possess proficiency in leading ETL & Data Integration projects involving ETL tools, including Informatica with primary databases as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server and Postgres

• Must possesses exposure to Agile methodologies

• Must possess strong interpersonal & communication skills

Plusses:

Experience with Power Exchange is a plus

Experience with PowerCenter is a plus

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus

Certified Informatica Developer Professional is plus
