What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or similar OR HS diploma and 5 -10 years of manufacturing experience in production, engineering, or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in engineering or Industrial Engineering or similar
• Experience in implementing Plant Optimization and Lean/TPM principles in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and similar

What will be your key responsibilities?

Business Performance & Improvement

• Evaluate and communicate performance against KPI targets in line with the Compelling Business Need
• Collaborate with Operations by facilitating problem solving and loss analysis on chronic problems.

Perspective & Knowledge Management

• Maintain and improve performance data reporting (capacity + line performance)
• Support site Activity Management Team (AMT) and responsible for launching new product innovation and renovation changes

Supply Chain Strategy, Planning and Investment

• Business case development and impact analysis for capital projects
• Support Capitol Project management for the manufacturing facility.
