The Opportunity

We know our customers’ needs are changing. With more people ordering online than ever, our call centres are playing a vital role in ensuring our customers have what they want, when they need it. 

So we’re looking for people who are customer focused, who thrive in a highly structured and fast paced environment to join our call centre team at Australia Post!  The roles are hybrid in nature so working from home and in our office.

Roles are full-time for a fixed term of 6 months or 12 months, with the possibility of ongoing opportunities. We have multiple roles with start dates available throughout May and June. Further intakes will be confirmed for later in the year.

The salary for this role commences at $50,660 per annum plus 12% superannuation, this increases to $55,902 per annum plus 12% superannuation after probation.

  • Answering customers’ calls, using your powers of deduction to track customers parcels and solve issues like damaged or missing parcels
  • Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers
  • Helping our customers with a range of different enquiries from calculating postage rates to helping book passport appointments
