Company Description

Sydney Wide Building Supplies provides concrete and steel for residential and commercial construction sites across Sydney and Melbourne. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced call centre operator to undertake this role. This position will be based at our new Kogarah office. 

Position Overview

The successful applicant will work with our clients via inbound phone orders and outbound order confirmations/management, dealing with a wide range of products. A positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer a superior customer service experience will best suit the role.

About you

• Great attention to detail with exceptional written and oral communication skills;
• Highly self-motivated, with the skills to manage your time and plan effectively;
• Prior experience in inbound call centre role(s);
• A punctual, positive and efficient individual;
• Possess the ability to work supervised and autonomously;
• An eagerness to learn new things and grow your knowledge of the construction industry.
