IAM Systems Engineer

Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? 

As an IAM Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, and supporting Identity Access Management (IAM) services within RBC. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and automation and is able to work in a dynamic environment with many teams and stakeholders. 

The candidate is responsible for implementing technical design, development, and automation of processes within IAM. Applies complete software development knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

What will you do?:

Design solutions, write codes using various languages, perform unit testing, develop artifacts, and facilitate end-to-end deliveries.

Recommends and automates approaches to streamline the IAM processes or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Design and develop ServiceNow workflows.

Design and develop playbooks on Ansible

Supporting the implementation of application programs; fixing any existing or new bugs.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

1-4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Python

Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology

Nice-to-have: 

Knowledge about Angular, SQL & Linux

Experience in developing applications on ServiceNow

Experience working with Ansible technology

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields

Experience in Identity Access Management or related Cyber Security field
