 Develop and maintain positive employee relations and develop innovative solutions to create strong employee engagement Responsibilities are not limited to: Plant HR Operations Provide timely advice to Plant management regarding people management issues. Provide case law accurate advice to line management on grievance and disciplinary matters. Create responsible strategies to deal with HR dispute issues and make decisions in the interest of the long term Company interest Coordinate management/employees round table meetings Provide guidance and specialist input on recruitment matters and driving down costs ongoing. Decide on external specialist sources as appropriate.Recruitment & Induction: Identify the needs and develop a strategy in partnership with plant team, regional teams and Talent Acquisition team at PGCS for competency based recruitment and selection of right candidates. 

Ensure that the Recruitment agenda is executed and implemented as per the AOP requirements Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Ensure to leveraging right sourcing strategies and channels efficient pool generation and hiring of the candidates Capability Development: Identify training needs for hattar employees in coorination with plant management team. 

Work in close coordination with regional, PGCS based and BU based TS teams for the planning and execution of the function’s training strategy at all levels. Talent Development: Strengthen the bench quality and depth in the functions and prepare a strong talent feeder pipeline Robust People Planning at all levels Focus on the leadership development of HIPOs within the function and prepare leaders for tomorrow through PepsiCo leadership growth model philosophy Communication: Manage communication plan ensuring optimal engagement and two-way communication Resource Planning: Plan and execute the AOP for manpower number meeting the business needs and the salaries budget. Core processes Ensure PMP process is completed for all population frontline and management and objective setting is based on SMART goals and objectives. Lead and support OHS and D&I in the respective functions Facilitate functional heads in development of respective People Plans and follow up on the development plans of individuals and execution as per plan Planning and design of annual HR initiatives to support the Companies strategic objectives. Lead and execute HR strategies w.r.t. Reward and Recognition Engagement: 

Custodian of the org health of Hattar Plant. Develop and maintain positive employee relations and develop innovative solutions to create strong employee engagement Partner with functions in planning and executive their annual events eg family day, sports calendar, strategy sessions, Quarterly meetings, etc. Acts as a credible advocate for PepsiCo values.Employee Relation: Responsible for developing and implementing ER Strategy while maintaining sound Employee Relations across organization and especially Industrial peace at Plant. Responsible to network with government agencies to establish effective working relations to optimize contribution to business performance.

 Responsible for the development and execution of robust engagement agenda for Hattar Plant Taking the employee engagement agenda to third party and develop a robust engagement plan for them Develop and maintain ER toolkits and templates Monitor trends in employment practices and recommend ER interventions Support and management of complex disciplinary and grievance casesAdministration Manage company’s administrative affairs i.e. traveling, security, premises upkeep, attendance, plant visiting protocols, and contract management Define and identify key gaps in administration department and help facilitate and support functions in lesser time lags and ensure due diligence is in place as far as company assets are concerned. 

Ensure AIBI compliance in relavent areas. Qualifications/Requirements Masters with HR background Preferably 8+ years in managing Personnel / Industrial relations / Training & Development area in a multi-national or a good local company Setting the Agenda Collaborating & Influencing Driving for Results Inspiring Trust Negotiations and Influence Skills Attention to Details Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular
