Come and join our People and Capability team at Nelson Marlborough Health where you can make a difference every day. You will work collaboratively with managers across the DHB to deliver excellent HR coordination to your dedicated portfolio. This role will expose you to everything we do in HR to support our people including generating employment offers, familiarisation with employment agreements, documenting staff movements and changes, responding to customer enquiries and working in a seamless and proactive manner.

You will be positive, enthusiastic and forward thinking team player looking for an opportunity to grow and develop in the People and Capability space. You will ideally have an understanding of HR administration and payroll systems and processes. Your attention to detail will be impeccable and you will truly understand the value of delivering exceptional service. You will be computer savvy, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Most importantly, you are a flexible team player with a great sense of humour, and you will go the extra mile to enable our people to do their best days work.
