Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director in Australia, you'll partner with New Zealand business in a true generalist role providing support and advice across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an HR generalist with proven working knowledge of NZ employment legislation. You'll bring energy and a "can do" attitude to this role and you'll thrive in a busy and varied role where you are able to use you are able to use your organisational skills to prioritise your workload.
With exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels, you'll act as trusted Advisor to the leadership team, supporting and coaching on HR matters.
You'll enjoy working in an operational role with strategic input and the opportunity to drive global projects across the New Zealand business.
This role will suit an experienced Advisor looking for the next career step or an HRBP early in your journey with development opportunity and potential to grow withe company. FMCG or manufacturing experience is preferable although not essential for the right person.
