The HR Advisor is a key role that provides the business with a wide range of generalist HR services across the company.

Responsibilities include:

• HR administration services across the business
• HR generalist support in a highly operational role, delivering professional and proactive HR planning and advice
• Promote a spirit of customer service
• Support of the execution of recruiting programs
• Promote continuous improvement in performance levels
• Manage HR systems, metrics and tools to help support managers and staff initiatives.

To be successful you will need:

• Strong administrative, organisational and computer skills
• Experience in administration within a human resource environment.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Workflow and Document management tools)
• Passion for problem solving.
• Excellent written, oral communication skills.
• Focus customer service and welling
• Experience in improving people people and culture effectiveness and manage change
