HR Advisor - fixed term / secondment to August 2023
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide accurate and timely HR advice and support to our diverse customers. You'll have the opportunity to be involved in projects focused on continuous improvement, change management and other exciting HR initiatives at a dynamic, complex government organisation.
Developing close working relationships with managers at all levels and position yourself as a valued and trusted HR Advisor will be key.
Mentoring our Assistant HR Advisors to build team capability will also be a big part of your role. You'll collaborate with the wider HR group and draw on the knowledge of our HR experts to develop broader HR expertise.
Skills and Experience
You're passionate about partnering with people and wish to develop your HR career. You bring innovation and a good level of generalist experience to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Salary range: $71,231.00 - $87,060.00
