An experienced Hotel Receptionist is required to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a professional first impression for the hotel. You will perform guest check in and check outs, maintain room accounts, take reservations, assist with guest enquiries and ensure accurate documentation and cashiering. You will have an eye for detail and have a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
In addition to standard reception duties, you will have a hands on approach and can do attitude.
You will be required to hold a managers certificate so preference will be given to those who either already hold a certificate or have previously completed the required Licence Controller Qualification unit standards.

The position is permanent part-time averaging 25 hours per week dependent on seasonal fluctuations and is available for immediate start. It is also a hospitality role that will include working nights, weekends and public holidays.
