As a well-established Hospitality Group currently operating successful venues across Melbourne, we are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join the Management Team in our largest venue, The Dorset Gardens Hotel Motel, located in the eastern suburb of Croydon, offering electronic gaming, bistro, nightclub, accommodation, functions, drive-thru bottle shop, sports bar and TAB.

Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, this role will form part of a Management Team responsible for all operational departments of the Hotel, whilst promoting professionalism and staff leadership. 

Successful applicants will be energetic, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate:

.    Basic knowledge of day to day Hotel operations
.    Cash Handling/Reconciliation Skills
.    Flexible roster availability around business requirements i.e. Nights/Weekends/Public Holidays
.    Current RSA (Essential)
.    Experience in a similar role an advantage
