Hot line chef who is happy to come to work follow a big prep list, with not too much pressure! You can feel satisfied in the position as there are many aspects to this role. 

This position glues our kitchens together and is a vital position -  so someone that can work clean and tidy and has a nice manner is a win for us. 

You would be working in our cafe kitchen with 1 pastry chef and 1 kitchen hand. We have a seperate kitchen of 5 in our catering team. 

Your position services the catering team & cafe.  Ideal candidate is confident at blanching, roasting, cooking all types of grains & pulses. Cook meats such as roast lamb, pulled pork and beef. And many other items. 

You would also do brunch orders to come though and keep your brunch section in tip top shape. The weekdays are not too many meals at the moment. But a good grasp on brunch and eggs is key.
