Located on the waterfront in Barangaroo, Tequila Daisy is a 200 seat, indoor/outdoor bar and eatery over looking the harbour with a menu based on fresh bold Mexican flavours. Our beverage program has a large listing of Tequila and Mezcal, modern Tequila based cocktails and a comprehensive wine list featuring both new & old world wines. This is a bright, fun and accessible venue that welcomes a wide range of guests. 

Duties and requirements:

HOST - We're looking for a full-time host to join the core team of Hospo Pros. At least a year of experience as waiter and must have prior experience with reservations systems. As a high volume, the fast-paced venue you'll need to be able to think quickly, be comfortable with technology, and doing multiple tasks at once all while making each guest feel they are your top priority. You'll help organise reservations and functions under the guidance of our Admin Manager.

While we may be a high energy, fun and accessible venue, there will be a clear sequence of service and an expectation of commitment to being knowledgeable, engaged and attentive with our guests. We expect you have the ability to multi task, and have a fun positive energy to match vibe of the venue.

With opening days across lunches and dinners 7 days of the week, there is plenty of flexibility and availability in rosters.
