Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be given extensive in-house training, be working with, and learning from some of the most passionate and skilled hospitality professionals in the country. 

You will receive great pay, great tips and incredible working conditions. Attica is open for five dinner services a week (no double shifts!) and is closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s. You will also receive a staff meal every day and you will be able to dine free (with drinks!) at Attica once a year. 

We are located in Ripponlea, only 8kms from the CBD in the inner South East suburbs. Situated very close to both the train station and tram stops and with free on street parking, getting to and from work will be a breeze.

To be successful in this job we require:

  • Experience working in a restaurant at a high level.
  • Hold a current RSA.
  • Someone who is hospitable and kind to all our guests, their colleagues and willing to work in a team environment.
  • Someone who displays a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and thirst for knowledge.
  • Someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry in Melbourne and keen to work at one of the best restaurants in Australia long-term.

Experience on the floor in a similar level of restaurant will be looked upon favourably.
