MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To drive the initial integration and future sustainable growth and development of a Home Care business for the company through an approved governance framework, sound financial management support and guidance and the optimisation of clinical and patient administration practices in line with company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To lead and manage the team
Monitor and manage clinical standards and practices by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes and policies
To manage all financial processes and practices to ensure sustainable growth and development of the service
To implement and monitor business development initiatives
To ensure regulatory and legislative compliance
To optimise the patient experience
To ensure efficient and effective management of Home Care services and functions

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Desired: Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management will be an advantage

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare management setting
Desired: Experience with administration management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial and clinical functions
