Then we want to hear from you! There is a position available in our Melbourne Operations team for a seasoned multi-site operations manager or a motivated, accomplished venue manager. Key attributes to be successful in this role: • You are good at creating and sustaining relationships and love doing so. You cherish and prioritise your relationships, whether they are internal or external, in order to successfully create wonderful experiences. • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities have enabled you to build devoted teams dedicated to service excellence and ongoing improvement. • A history of achieving profitable business outcomes through market knowledge and the implementation of top-notch controls in a variety of locations. • Ability to influence enterprises using all available resources and well developed financial and analytical skills • The capacity to strike a balance between the want to change things up, a strong work ethic, and making decisions based on outcomes. • Outstanding personal organisational abilities when handling conflicting priorities. • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
