As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing essential services to people across Australia on behalf of our Australian Federal Government clients! In this role you’ll be operating in a dynamic team environment with a focus on meeting quality outcomes for customers.

What your day will look like?

• Working to a rotating roster that ties into your lifestyle
• Receiving inbound calls and resolving enquires related to a variety of government services
• Learning new skills while on the job
• Recording customer interactions and process account information
• Managing customer expectations
