OVERVIEW OF THE JOB

The Health Safety & Environment Specialist (HS&E) ensures Safety & Security in all the distribution centers and warehouses. Within their area of responsibility have the capacity and capability for safe to P&G standard and compliance with Thai Legal. The HS&E lead is responsible for continual improvement of their safe operation and covers Repacking employees to ensure operation and employee safety and not interrupt P&G business.

The HS&E’s responsibility is to cover the Invoicing process, Inventory adjustment, write-off scrapping process, CSA Stewardship, and utility system.

YOUR TEAM

This role reports to the Product Supply Manager and will be part of the Thailand distribution center team.

In this role, you will be providing leadership across Site Health, Safety, and Environment and Site Construction Safety work process areas and driving best in class safety culture towards ZERO Injury, ZERO Waste, and ZERO Discharge, ensuring required compliances while delivering business needs.

Responsibilities of the role

• HS&E/Security
  • Governance Leader HS&E/Security in P&G standard to ensure that all areas of HS&E/Security within their control have the right level of capability resources, technology, skills, and financial support
  • Budgeting in Safety/Security/Fire protection
  • Accountable for ensuring HS&E/Security system meets or exceeds in P&G standard and needs of the Business Units and Customers, through effective use of measures, gap analyses, action plan development, and execution
  • Record data in Einstein injury illness data report
  • Leads change management within HS&E/Security, ensuring that losses are continuously being driven out
  • Partners with other functions and adjacent process owners to deliver the HS&E/Security results
  • Plans adoption and implementation of SDC Standards and best practices
• Invoicing
  • Manage invoicing process of warehousing and scrapping process
  • Crete PO and Blanket PO before the service and follow goods received within 5 working days after receiving an invoice.
• Utility
  • Utility owner for control Electricity and water in DC and budgeting in Utility Warehouse cost
• CSA / MAGICS
  • Lead in CSA Stewardship in MAGICS compliance as a toolkit owner of Fixed Asset Management and Organization General Controls
  • DC Inventory adjustment in SAP after site manager approved for Stock Adjust Note (SAN), Discrepancy Note (DN)
  • Coordinate physical scrapping process with authorized vendor regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering fields or supply chain-related with an excellent academic background

• Must have more than 1 year of proven experience in the HS&E
• Must have proven success from school or work experience of leadership and analytical thinking skills
• Curious individuals can make sophisticated decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
• Strong in communication and project management
• Proficient in English and Thai
