The Bureau currently employs a small number of casual staff, consisting of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses & Healthcare Assistants, who cover across the Bay of Plenty District Health Board (BOPDHB) for planned & unplanned leave, provide support where acuity is high, expertise when needed or cover in areas where recruitment needs have yet to be met.

To join our team, you will need to be:

• Entitled to work in New Zealand
• Minimum Level 4 Certificate in the Health Sector
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Healthcare Assistant within NZ
• To be flexible and reliable
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English and at least intermediate level computer skills
