The Job

• Being responsible of the role of technical liaison between the Digital Telco Business unit and all technology providers both internal and externally while recommending appropriate innovations to keep dialog’s telco business ahead of the curve
• Creating representations for functions and user interface of desired product and developing high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility to provide an uninterrupted service to end customers
• Providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship while supervising activities between internal and external resources
• Converting design architecture in to detailed solution architecture required for the business while proposing appropriate hardware /infrastructure / deployment design and assist in budgeting to the business
• Coordinating the technical tasks for the development of the software and/or interfaces with internal and external technology partners as well as serving as the interface between the business user and the project manager for all platform and solutions delivery
• Communicating technical issues/decisions effectively to PM and Sponsor by using business terms and review all technical documentation of partner and internal systems ensuring a smooth functioning of the business
• Creating documentation and Business Specifications required to bridge the documentation requirements of the business
• Acting as a liaison between the dialog BU and any solution partners including conveying technical information and ensuring technology units take appropriate action to restore the services to normalcy within agreed SLAs

The Person

• Possess a BSc in Telecommunications/Computer Science/IT or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Having a MSc /MBA would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software implementation
• Excellent communication skills
