Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and onboarding process for their clients here in the UAE
- Generate a pipeline of sales and opportunities within your market - managing, retaining, and growing key clients
- Prospecting and closing new business
- Day to day line management of the sales team
- Implement systems and measures to track sales outcomes
- Take the lead in recruiting new resources for the team
Requirements
- Have prior sales experience within the valuation and surveying industry in the UAE
- Ideally a proven sales track record
- At least 3+ years of sales management experience
- Show evidence of performance and progression
- Have excellent working knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Experience of self-directed working
- Well versed in the day to day of line management
- Have ambition, hunger for success and be driven by targets
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Have experience and interest in related fields e.g. technology, B2B sales, software, commercial real estate
