We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our Sydney team.

This opportunity will see you:

• Be a core member of the leadership team of our Group Marketing division, being accountable for leading the strategic direction of go to market strategies and tactical execution plans for all current and future products to build market share and achieve profitability
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, assessing effectiveness of plans and continually refining campaigns to achieve return on investment
• Provide leadership and representation of all marketing related matters for our senior leadership team
• Building and managing channels, in particular the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, driving digital customer engagement
• Identify opportunities to innovate how we communicate with our customers, to improve customer experience
• Provide leadership and coaching to our fantastic Practicehub marketing team
• This role will suit an individual who enjoys a challenge and is truly motivated and energised by seeing leads flow from their actions. We are looking for an individual who is not only energised by success but is also energised by continually improving and evolving how we market our growing suite of products.

The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role, marketing a Software as a Service (SaaS) product, ideally in the health sector
• Be energised by the pace and opportunities in a start-up environment
• Strong experience in creating, implementing and executing a digital marketing strategy
• Demonstrated success in working with a high-volume team with multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
