About the Role:

Senior level role within a leading edge digital services company – driving and managing direction and strategy with emphasis on service design and delivery.

About You:

• To cohesively bring this role together you will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience, bringing a mixture of senior management and leadership, along with the ability to design and execute strategic business plans for end to end delivery.   Ideally you will perhaps come from a creative/design, digital consultancy, IT/Technology type of environment.
• You will bring a demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service at a senior level.   Ideally some experience in either strategic consulting, service design, UX design or related business and/or technology consulting.
• Experience developing scalable and productised services.
• Strong people and performance management.   Hands-on experience, managing a team of senior professionals including personal development.
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
