Reporting directly to the Vice-presidente IT transformation, as a Cloud Office Leader, you will be responsible for our cloud adoption strategy and for aligning different stakehodlers (vice-presidents and senior directors from our IT delivery tours, Cloud product owners, suppliers, etc.).

Your role:

• Define, detail and lead the cloud adoption strategy supporting business strategy and plans to make cloud adoption a competitive advantage
• Identify Cloud based growth opportunities for the Bank using all available tools, such as Business Capabilities (BCM) and Project Portfolio
• Align support teams, cloud platform teams and other cross-functional teams (architecture, supplier management)
• Manage the availability roadmap of cloud services as a Master Cloud Product Owner, aligning a team of Product Owners
• Monitor the "managed" services of cloud suppliers and promote them within the business lines and support teams of development teams
• Define training paths that allow technical and business contributors to familiarize themselves with the cloud

Competencies required:

• Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a team leadership role (managing personnel in a direct or matrixed structure)
• Achievements in change management
• Relevant experience in project management (as product owner, IT architect, etc.) 
• Expertise in cloud technology (AWS certification, an asset)
• Ability to establish a strategic vision and align different stakeholders
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies/services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS (etc.) including security, monitoring, maintenance et cost management
• Ability to influence and strong communication skills 
• Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and English
