Hairdresser Target Business Services Salary: $55,000 plus 10% superannuation Location: Cnr Windsor Road and White Hart Drive, Rouse Hill NSW 2155 Our client Rouse Hair Salon Pty Ltd T/A Rouse Salon is one of the leading and busy hair salons in Rouse Hill. Their experienced team of hair stylists offer a range of services including haircuts, hair colouring, straightening and styling. Client is looking to fill a full time - permanent position for creative, experienced and energetic Hairdresser with in-depth experience in colour application, cutting, must be proficient in both women’s and men's cutting, clippering and fading. The employer is looking for an experienced and motivated person who is qualified as a Hairdresser and is capable of serving a high volume of customers. In this role your main responsibilities include:

• cut hair using clippers, scissors or razors

 â€¢ shampoo, condition and rinse hair 

• provide services such as colouring, bleaching, applying treatment, permanent waving and straightening

 â€¢ dry hair and style it using brushes, combs, straightening irons and other equipment • advise clients on hair care, beauty products and hairstyles

 â€¢ clean the salon, work areas and equipment 

To be successful in this role you must: 

• be qualified with relevant qualification and minimum two years of experience • be capable to meet targets without supervision

 â€¢ have excellent customer service skills 

• understanding of colours and chemical composition

 â€¢ be self-motivated and creative 

• be able to work under pressure Professional presentation, great time management skills and a commitment to the success of the business will be an added advantage to succeed in this role.
