 What do you need to succeed?

 Required Skills:

 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with Guidewire PolicyCenter

Sound knowledge of SOAP and REST Integrations

Sound knowledge of PolicyCenter data model and PolicyCenter Migration

Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) implementation

Hands-on experience writing user stories, Integration Specifications, Mock-up, Field level specification, Forms, Product Model, Rating & data mapping is required

Insurance domain knowledge

 Must haves: 

Act as a single point of contact for business analysis track

Lead requirements gathering sessions

Create high-level process flows

Own and update user stories

Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes

Document Integration Requirements, business rules, configuration requirements, data mappings, type list

Support QA in test case reviews, explain business requirement and end to end testing

Work with configuration and integration developers to ensure their designs and implementations meet the business requirements

Provide Demo to Product Owner and other Stakeholders and get their sign-off

Organize sessions with SMEs to gather the transformation logic and business rules for integration work.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

Must be self-motivated and take initiatives.

 Guidewire certification

Insurance certification

Any Insurance product knowledge
