About This Role 

The role is an independent role, self driven  and reports to the Hotel Manager, looking after overall guest experience and ability to apply your expertise to share the knowledge and heritage of the Grand Chateau with our guests.

Requirements

• Experience with Opera operating system preferred but not essential
• Well presented and well groomed
• Maturity required and ability to work under pressure 
• High level of customer service skills
• Must have excellent command of the English language
• Positive attitude and people skills
• Works well in a team.
• Admin Skills and co-ordination ability
• Problem Solving ability and troubleshooting
• Flexible to work rostered shifts any day of the week, including public holidays
