An opportunity has emerged to recruit a Group Services Administrator to join the Group Services team in the Faculty of Education and Social Work based at our Epsom campus. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity 18.75 hours (0.5 FTE).
Our Group Services Administrators (GSAs) are the key link in providing teaching and learning support. The position provides support for teaching delivery, course administration and exams. The position also provides meeting support; subdoc and doctoral research support coordination.
We are often the ‘go-to’ or ‘subject matter experts’ therefore our organisation and people skills need to be second to none.

Nestled amongst leafy pohutukawa trees, the Epsom Campus offers a great workspace, with free parking. The Epsom Campus is the main campus for the Faculty of Education and Social Work but we also teach at City Campus, Te Tai Tokerau and Te Tai Tonga.
At the Faculty of Education and Social Work we deliver foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We offer a community-minded, supportive, multicultural environment where forging strong bonds with lecturers and peers is valued.
