The role
Reporting to the Group CFO, based anywhere in Australia, you will lead the Financial Accounting and Operational Finance teams to deliver core financial services to APM Group. You will provide leadership and direction on all financial arrangements for APM Group including managing the Group treasury; ensuring Corporation and Legislative compliance; providing efficient, accurate and timely transaction and financial results reporting.

Listing on the ASX in November 2021, you will support the business through an ongoing growth agenda and be involved in M&A activities; existing service expansion; preparation of bids and tenders and the subsequent finance responsibilities and integrations.

You will have:

• Demonstrable experience in senior financial management roles
• Capability to lead the audit and preparation of statutory financial reports of an ASX listed business
• Demonstrated success in partnering with, and leading a growing multiple pillar, multiple contract and multiple location business
• Excellent understanding of IFRS requirements combined with strong commercial and financial acumen
