We are looking for a Greenhouse Worker to join us on this journey, a role to work in the greenhouse and nursery operations while we scale up to full production of truffle seedlings. 

Main tasks & responsibilities: 

• Work in daily operations of the greenhouse, shadehouse and plant processing areas. 
• Monitoring of environmental controls, water management and plant health. 
• Having one or more of the following is desirable: 
• Experience working in a horticulture/greenhouse environment. 
• Training in plant husbandry / horticulture / biological science.  
• To have a capacity for physical work as some heavy lifting is required. 
• An ability to make informed decisions, show initiative and work both independently and in a team environment.  
• Experience working with greenhouse technology. 
• Sound data management and organisational skills. 
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills. 
• An ability to respond to change effectively.
