Construction Worker

Hays are looking for experienced construction workers for a role with a local construction company.

Your new company
Our client is a growing local builder who specialise in high end residential houses to commercial fit outs. Due to a solid pipeline of work they are seeking reliable and motivated general labourers to assist with the workload.

Your new role
As the site labourer you will be expected to perform a range of tasks to ensure the jobs are completed on time. These tasks are ranging from assisting trades, moving materials around site, site clean-up and everything in between.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will need to be a reliable and motivated worker. Your communication skills must be great as you will be working within a team of different trades always. You must have your white card and asbestos awareness card as well as all PPE gear and reliable transport.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get the opportunity to work on some exciting and different projects which in turn will allow you to gain further industry experience and further progress your career. You will be paid weekly on above award wages and will have the opportunity to gain permanent employment.
