Full time, fixed term position ending 30 April 2023.

We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced professional to provide efficient contract management services involving a diverse range of primary care funding agreements. This role is for a fixed term to cover parental leave.

The health system is undergoing a significant period of change and this fixed term role reflects a great opportunity to help implement changes and initiatives as part of the transition to Health New Zealand.

This role will be the central point of contact between representatives from Northland DHB, Primary Health Organisations, community pharmacies and other community primary care providers.

Key to this role is the development and upkeep of positive relationships with Northland primary care providers. The ideal candidate would be able to communicate performance expectations to a range of contracted health providers and be able to confidently encourage excellent delivery of services in the community.

Essential to this role is a healthy mix of people skills and proven analytical ability.
