Your role

• Help develop functional and technical rules and design standards, and contribute to developing architecture
• Draft functional analyses for the development teams, including expected system behaviours, use cases, and user interactions with the system.
• Produce proofs of concept and system prototypes in accordance with client needs
• Participate in and support the business lines in user acceptance testing
• Support the delivery team from the design to implementation of functions.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree OR other degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
• Experience in:

• Functional analysis in a software delivery team
• Leading/facilitating workshops
• Agile methodology

• Strong interpersonal skills, disciplined, and dynamic
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong sense of autonomy and organizational skills
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French).
