As a Presales Professional you will be a trusted advisor to customers, driving long-term strategic direction and growing engagement at the CXO level.  In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in the pre-sales community; share best practices, support peers and leverage the efforts of others to broaden your impact and empower others.

 Qualifications

What skills do you need to have?  

There will be many opportunities for you to learn and grow into this role and Microsoft. However, to be able to best deliver on the purpose of this role, these are the core skills and experiences you should have on day one: 

  • Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the Customer Service and Field Service business applications portfolio.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Organizational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling
  • Experience engaging with executives
  • Experience with Contact Center applications and configurtation like D365 Customer Service.
  • Consultative Selling and Challenger mindset. Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer's problems and being customer focused.
  • Experience and passion for learning; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefit

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
