Job Description

Job Title-:UX Designer

Your key responsibilities: 

  • UX design for enterprise solutions including web applications, mobile applications and websites
  • Co-designing with stakeholders and end-users
  • Conduct research to understand user and business requirements, implement design iterations and undertake user testing
  • Articulate your entire design process, including user research, concepts and design rationale
  • Design using insights from qualitative and quantitative research, and create artefacts such as personas, customer journey maps and task flows
  • Create wireframes, low and high fidelity designs and prototypes
  • Work with developers to implement your design solutions  

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

  • A minimum of 2 years UX Design experience
  • A good understanding of information architecture, user flows, UI design principles, wireframing, prototyping and user-centred design principles
  • A portfolio exemplifying your design process
  • Experience across Sketch, Figma, InVision or equivalent wireframing/prototyping tools 

Ideally, you will also have: 

  • Experience running client workshops
  • Experience working closely with developers 
  • Experience working in agile
