Skills and attributes for success

• Previous experience in high volume recruitment 
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to think outside the box and influence
• Ability to build relationships and lead a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast pace high volume environment
• A passion for campus recruitment
• You will be required to flex hours in busy periods and be available for occasional evening events 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in a campus or student recruitment environment
• Experience in supporting teams remotely in other locations
